I’m trying this with Jessie my 6 year old Labradoodle. After a serious health scare last year, our vet advised putting her on a Low Fat, Gastrointestinal dog food produced by Royal Canin. This is very expensive and I was concerned about the amount of grain in the ingredients. I am gradually introducing Grain Free Senior Turkey, Sweet Potato and Cranberry Adult Dog Food alongside her other food and there have been no problems so far. Jessie, who loves her food anyway seems to be particularly excited by the smell of the new food which is definitely less “breadlike” than her other food. I will leave another review once we have had time to introduce more of the food.
